VenueConnect 2022: Phoenix, AZ | July 18 – 21, 2022

Students and young professionals are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be willing to support IAVM Foundation and IAVM staff onsite with various tasks (registration, meeting logistics, fundraising support, event support, etc.) Applicants will be working a minimum of six – eight hours each day (actual hours will vary) during the conference. All volunteers receive complimentary registration which includes access to a variety of educational sessions, networking events, and meals. Volunteers are responsible for all costs associated with transportation to/from Phoenix, housing, and incidentals.

Participation as a VenueConnect 2022 volunteer requires you to work assigned shifts during the following dates and times.

  • Monday, July 18th - 8:00am-6:00pm
  • Tuesday, July 19th - 7:00am- 7:30pm
  • Wednesday, July 20th - 7:00am – 7:30pm
  • Thursday, July 21st - 7:30am -5:30pm
