A mentor relationship is established based on several criteria: career interest, commitment, leadership position, community obligations, time availability, geographic location and personal interests. Each match is carefully tailored to provide a unique and valuable experience for both the mentee and mentor. This program is not just for new members or new employees. If you are seeking new skillsets, interested in other venue types, or embarking upon the CVE or CVP process and would like the guidance of a mentor, then this program is for you.
